Goal: Provide a complete, owned list of cloud and infrastructure assets so nothing is unmanaged.

What the auditor wants
- A complete inventory of your cloud infrastructure (servers, databases, storage buckets, and key managed services).
- Clear ownership for each asset so it is obvious who is responsible for fixes, patching, and operations.
How to clear this task

Option A: Use the built-in form
- Click + New Submission to open the inventory form.
- For each infrastructure component, provide:
- Asset ID and System type (for example, 001, EC2 Instance)
- Environment and Location (for example, Production, AWS eu-west-2)
- Assigned owner and Last reviewed date
- Use Add asset row to add databases, storage, and networking components.
- Click Review to submit.

Option B: Upload an existing export
- For large environments, export a CSV from your cloud provider (for example, AWS Tag Editor or GCP Resource Manager).
- Click Upload Evidence and attach your spreadsheet.
- Make sure your export includes an Owner column.
